Q1: I’m a new user, what should I do first in this new platform?
On Zyxel Education Center, we use myZyxel as the sign-in portal. For users who haven’t registered a myZyxel account, please visit Create Account to apply for an account. If you already have a myZyxel account, just sign in with the same email address and password you registered for myZyxel account.
Q2: What is myZyxel account?
myZyxel is the single sign-on tool designed to help customers with quick registration for Zyxel devices and services. Once you log in Zyxel Education Center with myZyxel account, you can access other Zyxel services without re-entering authentication factors.
Q3: What is the deadline of requesting the account migration?
Please
request the account migration before June 20th, 2022. After the old platform is
no longer valid, these learning records can not be migrated to new Education
Center
Q4: What learning records will be migrated to my account in the new Education Center?
Certificates that
are still available after “June 20th, 2022” will be migrated to your
new account.
Q5: How long does it take to migrate the learning records to my account in the new Education Center?
After
we received your request, it will take around 3-5
working days to
migrate your learning records to the new Education Center.
Q6: What can I do after the account migration is completed?
You
can view
your certificates when
you sign in to the new Zyxel
Education Center with your myZyxel account.
Q7: In the new Zyxel Education Center, can I still review courses that I’ve taken in the old platform?
No,
all the courses will be restructured and redesigned. Kindly enroll these new
courses if you’re interested in the content.
Q8: Are the certificate I got in the previous platform still valid after migrated to the new Education Center ?
Yes,
these certificates are still valid until they expired. If you want to know the
expire date of the certificate, please contact us through the mail and provide
the certificate ID.
Q9: Can I renew the certificates that I got in the previous platform after it expires?
No,
since the course content is redesigned, you’ll get a new certificated instead
of renew it after you pass the exam on the new platform courses.
Q10: What happens to my certificates that remain in the previous platform?
Certificates
that are not migrated to the new platform means they’ll be expired before June
20th, 2022. After the old platform is closed,
you won’t be able to check or renew them anymore.
Q11: How do I contact you for additional request?
You
can tell us in the form of migration. Also, welcome to email to education@zyxel.com.tw at anytime if you or your organization have
any request or inquiries about our training program.
Q12(Payment for ZCNE courses) Why can't I find the payment option for ZCNE courses?
Clicking the purchase button in the payment page will redirect you to the Zyxel online marketplace.

Q13(Re-take exam for ZCNE courses) How to re-take the exam if I still fail after reaching the retry limitation?
Kindly send a request through Contact US and let us know which exam you would like to re-take. We'll inform you through E-mail when the exam can be taken again.
